The Tecno 3 Test Area and Laboratory were created to address this need: allowing you to validate your process and predict the final result before investing in a new production line.

An overview of the Tecno 3 Test Area:

– 15 Tecno 3 pilot machines for running tests under real production conditions for roasting, granulating, refining, melting, mixing and conching;

particle size via laser diffraction;
viscosity and yield value measured with a rheometer;
determination of moisture content using the gravimetric method;
determination of fat content via extraction.
Microbiological controls:
total microbial count;
