At Interpack, we engaged with a truly international audience: from emerging markets in South America and Africa, to Asia, all the way to established hubs in France, Germany, and Northern Europe.

At the heart of our booth was the MDC the Tecno 3 system designed for the continuous mixing and dosing of liquid and solid ingredients, marking a major evolution from traditional batch cycles.

The result? A versatile, compact, and smart machine that meets the industry’s non-negotiable standards:
Production Flexibility: the versatility of the MDC allows manufacturers to customize chocolate, creams, and semi-finished products with flavor and color profiles aligned with current market trends.

Rapid Cleaning: easily demountable components and belt conveying of the mixed product streamline format changes, significantly reducing cleaning downtime.

Controlled Production: the PLC panel allows operators to save recipes and precisely manage dosing, tank temperature, and other key process parameters.

The Tecno 3 Artificial Intelligence, integrated directly into the operator panel, acts as an always-on production assistant that simplifies the operators’ workflow.

This feature currently has very few competitors on the market and generated outstanding interest a clear sign of an industry ready for change.
