Discover the evolution of your production — live, this April

Visit Tecno 3
Melting, dosing and mixing: the evolution of your production.

From traditional static melting to the speed of continuous processing, up to MDC continuous dosing and mixing.

Starting April 9, join us for your guided tour

At Tecno 3, we believe innovation should be experienced first-hand.
That’s why we open the doors of our headquarters to those who want to see up close the technologies that are transforming the way chocolate, creams and semi-finished products are made.

MDC: CONTINUOUS DOSING AND MIXING
The continuous process that changes the rules (and the assumptions).

Our continuous dosing and mixing system: a single flow that doses, mixes, temperature controls and transfers with constant precision over time.

Continuous processing goes beyond batch and allows you to:
– increase control over your recipe;
– reduce waste;
– manage fast changeovers;
– preserve the aromatic and color profile.

THE RESULT?
A machine designed to adapt to endless recipes and any production line.
“Ingredients go in, the perfect mix comes out.”

– STATIC AND CONITINUOUS MELTING
Two approaches for every production need.
Alongside MDC, you’ll be able to explore our melting systems.

– STATIC MELTING: simple and ultra adaptable
Traditional, compact, efficient — ideal for fats, cocoa butter, cocoa mass and chocolate blocks. It combines mechanical and thermal action for optimal melting, with dual temperature control circuits and PLC management.

– CONTINUOUS MELTING: productivity up to 2000 kg/h
The new generation of melting: engineered for high and fast throughput, with heated rotors that constantly renew the surface to be melted.
A continuous cycle that reduces time, energy consumption and footprint, while respecting raw material quality.

We look forward to seeing you from April 9.
Because some innovations can’t be explained — they must be observed, measured, tested.
During your visit, our team will be by your side for an experience tailored to your production.
