FCM

The FCM series mobile continuous melter has been specially designed for:

• melting of products with and without inclusions
• melting chocolate chips and solid products for production lines
• continuous recovery of scrap to be reintegrated directly into the production line
• melting of products in rework areas

The machine is completely autonomous, as it is equipped with an electrical panel, management software and a PLC-controlled temperature control system for the water in the cavity.

The feeding of the product to be melted takes place easily, without the need for elevation, as the loading hopper is positioned at operator size. Product loading can be done by the operator manually or automatically by a continuous loading system, an inclined conveyor belt feeds the right amount of product to the crushing unit, which continuously feeds the melting chamber. The chocolate comes out perfectly fluid and at the correct temperature, is sent to the final filtration unit, prepared for the separation of any inclusions and then destined for further processing according to production requirements.
Its special design allows it to be easily moved and used on different production lines. The small footprint allows the FCM series continuous melter to be positioned even in small spaces.
The special technology applied and the high speed at which the product passes through the small melting chamber guarantees a constant and optimum production capacity and minimises the residual quantity of product in the melter.
The machine is designed to completely empty the melting tank and the flow pipes, if you need to change the product.
The innovative possibility of easily intervening on all mechanical parts in contact with the product, in a rapid and manual manner, makes cleaning operations considerably easier, allowing the machine to be washed with high-pressure jets of water, so that maintenance operations are also quick and easy.
