TECNO 3 at “CHOCO TEC” in Cologne
TECNO 3 will have its own stand (Stand 001) at “CHOCO TEC” to be held in Cologne, at the Congress Centre North of the KölnMesse, from Monday 3 to Wednesday 5 December 2018.
The international exhibition, which is organised every other year by ZDS Solingen, is the most important event dedicated exclusively to cocoa and chocolate. The convention brings together the biggest experts in the sectors of research, technology, equipment, applied to raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
The event attracts increasingly larger numbers of visitors from around the world representing the biggest chocolate producers and manufacturers and everything that is used in their processes. Throughout the event, the foyer of the congress hall hosts a poster exhibition, where various companies that supply machinery and raw materials display their posters and provide participants with technical information.
TECNO 3 is also one of the limited number of leading companies with its own stand, where we will exhibit one of the two machines (in operation) that compose the “bean to bar” line: the Multiprocess C, which produces chocolate from cocoa nibs.
TECNO 3 has committed to the “bean to bar” sector with two cutting-edge machines that stand out by their compactness, their advanced technology, their automation, their reliability, their optimal results and how easy they are to clean. The first, Multiprocess R, starts with cocoa beans and proceeds with roasting, debacterisation, crushing and separation of the nibs. The second, Multiprocess C , which will be on show at the fair, continues with dispensing and mixing the ingredients, as well as refining and conching, to obtain the finished liquid chocolate for shaping.
