2025 was an intense year: new markets and new challenges that have transformed the way we design.

For this reason, instead of a traditional report, we chose to share the most important lessons we’ve learned thanks to you.

1. NEEDS OPEN NEW PATHS
Your production needs have taken us where we would not have gone alone: integrating technologies that previously ran parallel, combining different lines, rethinking methods.
Many of the facilities we build today exist thanks to your vision and our desire to make them a reality.

2. WORKING TOGETHER CHANGES EVERYTHING
The most solid projects are those in which a true team has been created: you, the customer + us, Tecno 3.
When there are common goals, even what seemed impossible becomes possible.

3. HIGH STANDARDS IMPROVE US
The most complex requests are the ones that make us grow.
Every time one of you raises the bar, we raise ours as well. And the final layout bears the mark of this shared path.

4. THE WORLD INSPIRES US
Working with different realities, in many countries, teaches us how to be better observers.
The context changes, habits change, but the core point stays the same: reliable, safe, tailor-made solutions.
