Once again, we were a key player at one of the most important food fairs, in its 10th edition. An event full of discoveries and discussions that highlighted the main trends in the sector.

The international market for spreadable creams and nut-based products is experiencing a period of great expansion, driven by some emerging trends:
Growing demand for nut-based products: consumers are increasingly interested in hazelnut, almond, and peanut-based spreads.
Interest in chocolate spreads: chocolate, especially when combined with nuts, continues to conquer the global audience.
Training and support on production techniques: in many international markets, there is a strong interest in learning the processing techniques behind quality spreadable creams. We offer our partners complete support, both training and operational, to optimize production processes and guarantee excellent results.
Technology and collaboration as strengths:
The advanced technology we offer is in high demand, but what makes us proud is the ability to support each partner, offering a complete vision of the production process.

It was a real pleasure to welcome the Italian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Lorenzo Fanara, together with Valerio Soldani, director of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA). Their visit to our stand was a significant moment, an opportunity to share ideas and tell our approach to the market.
