The RSC series continuous ball refining system has been specially designed to continuously refine fat creams, cream spreads, nut pastes, cocoa mass, compounds and in particular chocolate, in full respect of the traditional refining process. It is a system that can be configured for different production capacities. Its production versatility and ease of use allow different types of products to be refined according to the recipes to be processed in a relatively small working space, with considerable energy savings.
The continuous system consists of a vertical cylinder (refining unit) in which the balls are placed, set in motion by a reel agitator connected to a gear motor located in the upper area of the mill. The mixture from the dosing and mixing systems reaches the continuous ball refining unit where, in one quick pass, the particle size is reduced to the desired values.
The refined product passes through the filtration units and is transferred to further processing.
Recipe parameters, referred to the various work groups that make up the system, can be set on the touch-screen control panel and managed by a PLC.
The RSC series continuous ball refining plant is equipped with a temperature control circuit to keep the operating temperature controlled and constant.
