Nut cleaning system

Deshelled nuts are widely used in foodstuffs, particularly in confectionery. Even if it is carefully carried out, the deshelling process does not completely exclude the presence of foreign bodies, such as dust, stones, pieces of metal, wood fragments, paper and so on.
User companies must remove these impurities before starting a process, in order not to compromise the quality of their products and to protect the machines from any possible damage.
TECNO 3 is able to guarantee the complete removal of all foreign bodies by means of the PFS cleaning plant, designed to achieve the best results in each single processing step.
After having separated the coarse parts by sieving, a suitable station removes the metal pollutants (magnetic iron remover or metal detector). Afterwards this is followed by an effective destoning system over the vibrating table, that also ensures the removal of dust and smallest particles. Finally, a suitably adjusted air-classifier sucks up the polluting residues having a lower specific weight than the nuts, that fall down perfectly clean.
The PFC machine has a compact design, however it is possible to install the various processing stations on different levels in order to get a cascade path, thus preventing the product from falling out.  The individual parts are easily accessible and can be removed and disassembled for an easy cleaning.
