Domori and TECNO 3 are launching the first compact “Bean to Bar” machine, that is able “to synthetize” the chocolate processing cycle together with the first Domori signature line of aromatic cocoa nibs.
This “Bin to Bar” machine has been designed by TECNO 3 for the “low impact processing”, which is already in use at Domori’s.
This method reproduces the main production stages for a chocolate bar such as pre-grinding, mixing, conching, tempering and cooling, keeping the product always visible.
